    We’ve been insured with Matthew’s agency since 2007. We had a hail storm in the summer of 2010 which did a considerable amount of damage to our roof and my truck. Matthew, his staff and the claims adjusters from American Family Insurance all handled my claim and answered my questions in a very timely matter. The professional service and response was second to none. We insure our cars, boat, house and a life policy with Matthew and American Family Insurance. Matthew’s Agent Assistant, Carrie keeps us informed on new products and changes we have to our existing policies. When we have questions, Carrie is quick (within minutes) to respond with the answers we seek. I cannot say enough how pleased we’ve been with Matthew, Carrie and American Family. Thanks!
